Quality Control/Warehouse Technician - Germany
We are looking for a friendly individual with an objective for maintaining our company standards, strong mechanical skills and good knowledge of the bicycle industry. As a Quality Control & Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for checking and maintaining the quality of every product so that it meets our standards and manufacturing guidelines in addition to various warehouse duties.
• Quality checking of every bicycle frame according to set guidelines / QC Rahmen
• Quality checking of bicycles during assembly process as well as final assembled bicycles / QC von Fahrrädern während des Montage Prozess
• Warehouse duties: receiving goods, shelving goods, picking and packing orders, inventory control / Pflichten im Warenlager: Warenannahme, Ware verräumen, Kommissionierung und Verpacken, Bestandskontrolle und Bestandspflege

Demo Technician
Pivot Cycles is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person with a passion for cycling to join our team. The Demo Technician supports and maintains the Pivot Cycles demo bikes in cooperation with the sales and marketing teams. In addition to being an excellent mechanic, the successful candidate will need to have exemplary people skills in order to work with the public while at demos. Demo Drivers are selected out of the Demo Technician staff to go on the road full time when a position is available.
- Manage and maintain physical inventory of service parts
- Maintain and adjust product inventory using ERP software
- Assist in cataloging and shipping of service parts to demo teams
- Manage inventory adjustments between demo fleets
- Build new demo bikes
- Prepare, clean and tune demo bikes for employee and local dealer demos
- Service retired demo bikes to prep for sale
- Traveling to and working at selected demo events and festivals
- Assist with shipping and assembly when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Work closely with various other departments
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to travel for work
- Previous bicycle shop experience
- Complete understanding of the bicycle – mechanical/components, suspension, etc.
- Complete knowledge of bicycle related tools and their use
- Mechanic certifications are a plus

Supply Chain Analyst
We are looking for a friendly, motivated mountain bike rider/enthusiast who would like to join our Purchasing and Operations team. This person will assist the Purchasing and Operations Manager in planning, forecasting and purchasing components and consumables for production as well as the creation and maintenance of part numbers and BOMs.
- Part number creation in an existing ERP System
- Create and update information related to components, BOMs and finished goods in the ERP system
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the component level forecast by model to calculate future requirements based on sales forecast and history
- Manage inventory levels for components and consumables that do not have a sales forecast
- Physical inventory data entry and verification
- Seek out efficiency through process and system improvements in relation to job duties
- Support several departments with the ability to efficiently prioritize in order to balance competing requests from the departments
- Bachelor’s degree and previous purchasing role experience preferred
- Strong knowledge base of bicycle parts and frames
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Sound decision making and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience is a plus

The Demo Technician/Fleet Organizer manages and maintains the Pivot Cycles In-House Factory Demo Fleet and Service Parts Inventory. - Oversee the shipping and transferring of bikes to demo fleets

- Prepare, clean and tune demo bikes for Factory Demo Center
- Service retired demo bikes to prep for sale

- Assist with shipping and assembly when necessary
