Pivot Careers

Pivot Cycles is a high-end mountain bike manufacturer located in Tempe, AZ. From the beginning, our goal has always been to produce the best riding mountain bikes in the world, bikes that not only perform at the most elite levels of the sport, but that also enabled every Pivot rider to achieve things they never thought possible out on the trail. We continually push the boundaries of what is possible in bike design and technology, bringing every performance gain possible to each new model.
In our first ten years, Pivot designs have graced cross country and downhill World Cup podiums, represented our country in Rio, garnered World and National Championships in every category, set world records and most importantly, gained the loyalty of riders around the globe. Beyond technology and the podium, our true mission is to build the best bikes possible for our customers. We are happiest knowing that we’ve improved the riding experience and helped our customers have more fun on their bike. This joy and drive to succeed is pervasive throughout our organization. Our employees are true enthusiasts and our company operates as a family and a community. We are not only class leading in our products but also in the benefits and environment that we provide our employees.
Our culture is one where our employees share in Pivot’s success and drive to always be the best. Everyone wants to be part of the winning team so as a company we involve our employees in ways that make us all part of something bigger and better. We love to have regular company events and bike rides.
As the founding sponsor and primary funding source for the Arizona Interscholastic Cycling League we encourage and support our employees to volunteer with the league and at the events. We also donate bikes every year to kids that would like to join the team but don’t have the ability to afford a bike. We are currently working with the City of Phoenix’s Adopt a trail program where we will have partial work days as a company to support our parks and local trail systems.
Sales success is important, but sharing in customer satisfaction and our involvement in the community are what brings us together and makes Pivot an incredible place to work.
