A New Chapter with Pivot Cycles
After a career spent competing at the highest level of downhill mountain biking, Camille Balanche is entering a new chapter in the sport, joining Pivot Cycles as a brand ambassador.
Camille’s time at the top of World Cup racing is defined by consistency and preparation as much as results. World Champion in 2020 and Overall World Cup Champion in 2022, her career reflects years of commitment to performance and progression on and off the bike. Those experiences now shape how she remains involved in mountain biking moving forward.
Rather than stepping away from the sport, Camille is shifting her focus toward long term involvement through riding, coaching and mentorship.

Beyond Gravity Coaching
A central focus of this next phase is Beyond Gravity Coaching, a long-term project Camille is building together with her partner Emilie Siegenthaler. The program is designed to help riders progress through a structured and sustainable approach that blends bike technique, physical preparation and mental strategy.
Beyond Gravity Coaching reflects the depth of Camille & Emilie’s experience as elite racers. Years spent preparing for World Cups and championships have shaped how they understand progression, consistency and longevity in the sport. Through this program, that knowledge is passed on to riders looking to develop their skills with purpose and clarity.
The goal is not just speed but sustainable improvement and confidence on the bike.

What’s Next
Looking at the future, Camille is focused on giving back to the sport that has defined much of her life. Supporting developing riders, sharing her experience and staying actively involved in mountain biking remain at the core of her plans.
