Lifetime Warranty - Pivot Cycles

We know that sometimes issues can arise, and we’re here for you! If your Pivot product has any issues during the warranty period because of a manufacturing defect, we’re more than happy to help!

Our frames are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and applies to bikes sold on or after January 1, 2024.

To qualify for the lifetime warranty, bikes must be registered no later than (i) 30 days after the date of purchase, or (ii) April 1, 2025, whichever occurs later.
