In order to keep staff and riders safe, the following Pivot Corporate guidelines apply:

Reservations are required.
We will hold your Driver’s License or State ID – This is required to demo a bike from all our fleets.
If you’re coming from outside the U.S. please ensure the phone number you reserve your demo with is functional, in case we need to reach you for any reason regarding your demo.
Helmets are required.
Under the age of 18? A parent or legal guardian will need to be present at the time of the demo.

If you find yourself between the suggested height ranges for two sizes, the ideal approach is to test ride both bikes. At the very least, examine the stack and reach measurements of your current bicycle and compare them to the new model you’re considering to find a comfortable fit.

Remember, not everyone with the same height has the same body shape. If you’ve got longer legs and a shorter torso compared to the average person of your height, you might want to consider going with the smaller size.
