Factory Demo

Test rides at Pivot’s international headquarters in Tempe, Arizona take place on the renowned trails and terrain of South Mountain Preserve, our famous backyard proving grounds. With bikes representing every category in our line-up, we offer a premium direct-from-the-factory demo experience for every rider’s interest.

Please review the following information thoroughly before scheduling your Factory Demo:

• Demos are available Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
• If you don’t see the date you want to demo listed, please reach out to our customer support team via webchat or call. Contact Us
• Reservations are required.
• We will hold your Driver’s License or State ID – This is required to demo a bike from all our fleets.
• If you’re coming from outside the U.S. please ensure the phone number you reserve your demo with is functional, in case we need to reach you for any reason regarding your demo.
• Helmets are required.
• Under the age of 18? A parent or legal guardian will need to be present at the time of the demo.
• Your demo is limited to 4 hours, leaving from our HQ. You may not load any demo bikes for transportation.
• The reservation fee is $50.00 per bike for analog bike demos & $100 per bike for e-bike demos.

• Pivot HQ Demo Center may be closed for private events, corporate meetings, or observed holidays. If you intend to visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to confirm our schedule before your arrival.
