Bikes must be reserved under the name of the person riding the bike.

In order to keep staff and riders safe, the following Pivot Corporate guidelines apply:

Reservations are required.
We will hold your Driver’s License or State ID and Credit Card – This is required to demo a bike from all our fleets.
If you’re coming from outside the U.S. please ensure the phone number you reserve your demo with is functional, in case we need to reach you for any reason regarding your demo.
Helmets are required.
Under the age of 18? A parent or legal guardian will need to be present at the time of the demo.

90 minute ride maximum on E bikes.
We can not guarantee enough battery life for a full 90 minute ride for an afternoon E bike window.

Remember, not everyone with the same height has the same body shape. If you’ve got longer legs and a shorter torso compared to the average person of your height, you might want to consider going with the smaller size. On the flip side, if you have a longer torso and longer arms, you’re probably better off sizing up.
