- Where are you from?
I grew up in a small town in Nebraska.
- Where is your all-time favorite trail or area?
When you ask me this question next year, my answer will be Switzerland. Until then I love the Southwest. There are so many places-some amazing singletrack in Colorado I have recently discovered, but part of the charm is that the trails are void of people and I don’t want to ruin that by specifying where it is. I love the riding in Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Kennebec and Molas/Engineer/Cascade in Durango, Rio en Medio in Santa Fe, some great stuff in Utah, Sedona and National in Phoenix of course….that’s a really tough question. If it’s big mountain, has a long, fast , flowy downhill, or especially if it’s technical and gives you something to think about and scare you a bit, I’m in. Sometimes it’s more about the people you’re riding with than where your riding.
- What do you do here anyway?
Numbers Ninja/Special Ops-It’s probably best if I say no more.
- How did you wind up at Pivot?
I knew somebody who knew somebody. I feel very fortunate to be a part of Pivot-they’ve been great to me and I think every single person that works here is amazing.
- If I gave you a bowl of ice cream, what would you put on it?
If it were dairy I would be appreciative, but I would hand it to somebody else. If it were coconut milk ice cream I’d add brownies, cookie dough, hot fudge, peanut butter and walnuts. Perfect.
